1. Patient Data
1.1 In line with applicable laws and regulations, all patient medical records will be retained securely for a minimum of 10 years.
1.2 Your personal details will be stored safely and confidentially by The Fifth Sense.
1.3 In accordance with current legislation, you may request to view or obtain a copy of your medical records at any time by submitting a written request.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
2.1 By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that any refund request made directly to your bank or PayPal by the cardholder will automatically be declined.
2.2 You are responsible for rescheduling or cancelling appointments at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
2.3 Failure to attend a booked appointment may result in future bookings being refused by The Fifth Sense.
2.4 If a clinic session or appointment is rearranged or cancelled by The Fifth Sense, we will not be responsible for reimbursing any additional costs or expenses you may have incurred as a result.
3. Patient Responsibilities
3.1 The minimum age for all consultations and procedures is 18 years. You confirm that you are 18 or older and understand that proof of identification may be required. If you cannot provide valid ID, treatment will be refused.
3.2 Patients are responsible for reading and understanding all consent forms, these Terms & Conditions, and any procedure-related information, as well as following all aftercare advice provided.
3.3 Our team will always act professionally and courteously, and we expect the same from you. Any abusive behaviour, whether in person or online, will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
3.4 The Fifth Sense reserves the right to refuse treatment at its sole discretion.
3.5 If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, your booking may be cancelled to accommodate other clients.
3.6 Children are not permitted to attend appointments unsupervised. If you arrive with unsupervised children, your appointment may be cancelled.
3.7 We cannot accept or process bookings made on behalf of someone else.
3.8 Treatments cannot be carried out if you have existing complications from previous procedures, such as lumps, filler migration, or overfilling. These issues must be managed or corrected before we can proceed with treatment. If unsure, please contact us or request a consultation before making a booking.
